The development of learning management model for outside classroom activities by using community based to promote students’ learning skills, Tessaban 3 (Ban Bo) school

This research was to study the basic information, the need and guidelines for teaching and learning management, to create, to try out and to evaluate and learning reflect the model of outside activities by using community based to promote students’ learning skills, Tessaban 3 (Banbo) School. Used research and development method (R & D). The sample group of the research consisted of 20 administrators/teachers/basic education committees/parents/students. Target audience for model certification were 5 experts. The sample group were 322 teachers/students. And the target groups of learning reflection were 30 teachers/students. The research tools were the model of outside activities, questionnaire, competency assessment form, learning skill assessment and learning reflection. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, the dependent t-test and the content analysis.
The results of the study revealed that: 1) According to study the basic information, the need, and guideline for teaching and learning management development of Tessaban 3 (Banbo) School found that the school must be managed by using local wisdom and should accelerate to develop men, methods, technology tools and information systems to work more quickly and carries aims to develop a model of outside activities by using community based to promote students’ learning skills by emphasizing on learning from real experiences. From teaching, students have the opportunity to become knowledge creators by themselves. 2) Learning management model for outside classroom activities by using community based to promote students’ learning skills used PKNT Model consisted 4 components which were Planning (P) Knowledge (K) Networking (N) and Transportability (T). 3) To try out the training found that pre-test and post-test result were at the averages of 7.63 and 17.28, by post-test score higher pre-test score which were the significant difference at 0.01 level of comparison. 4) The results of evaluate and learning reflect the model of outside activities by using community based to promote students’ learning skills, Tessaban 3 (Banbo) School found that knowledge and understanding of outside activities learning management assessment was at a high average level. Teacher’s learning management competency assessment was at a high average level and the student’s learning skill was at a high average level.
