The study of students’ satisfaction towards online learning management : Kasetsart Universit, Kaphaengsaen campus in first semester of academic Year 2020

This research is a study entitled “students’ satisfaction towards online learning management: Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus in first semester of academic year 2020 , which is a survey research with the following objectives: 1) to study personal factors affecting satisfaction of online learning management 2) to study the appropriate period for online learning management 3) to study the appropriate time and period for online learning management 4) to study the style and appropriate programs for online learning management 5) to study the satisfaction of undergraduate students who study online learning Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus and 6) to study and compare variables in terms of gender, age, year, faculty, duration of study, timing of study system that affect the level of satisfaction in online learning management
The results of the research were as follows: 1) The differences in gender, age, year and faculty do not effect on satisfaction level and the factors affecting satisfaction include study period and the style of online learning management. 2) The appropriate duration for online learning was the afternoon period from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. 3) The appropriate timing for online learning was 1.5 hours per course. 4) The most appropriate and useful program for online learning is Google Classroom. 5) The appropriate format for online learning is to study via Clip Video and live online format (Live) including back-up video moreover students use laptop computer (notebook computer) for online learning.
