The objectives of this study to the problems and potential of community product manufacturers. Baan Suk Samran social enterprise and expanding the market and increasing sales volume of Thai handcraft silk. The research operation method is a research for development. The following procedures have been established: Study of relevant documents and research data. Conduct a summary of community enterprise groups with potential and readiness to participate in research projects. The process of adding value to community products and analyze and summarize the statistical results to assess satisfaction, respectively.The research instruments were a five-rating scale questionnaireand to study satisfaction after the development of Thai handcraft silk packaging.The sample group consisted of 34 groups of local product manufacturers/communities that met the potential criteria and 400 foreign tourists.
The results that the satisfaction of foreign consumers towards the products of Baan Suk Samran social enterprise to expand the market to foreign customers found that in terms of use and marketing Overall, there was a high level of satisfaction. In terms of use, the product has a beautiful and unique design at the highest level. The newly designed packaging is very appropriate and the response to the dress requirements of foreign customers is very high. In conclusion, community product development guidelines should be formulated to suit the way of the community. Including business operations, culture and unique potential of community enterprises in each group.
