Abstract

          The purpose was to study personal and environmental dimensions which included entrepreneurial attitude, personal norm, perceived behavioral control and government financial support having an affect on the behavior in becoming new agricultural entrepreneurs. The quantitative research was employed through a theory of planned behavior and environmental supporting factor in driving the development of the modem operators. The sample group was 181 young smart farmers from the new farmer incubator network. It is found through multiple regression analysis that the perceived behavioral control and personal nom affect the behavior of becoming new agricultural entrepreneurs with forecasting power of 25.8% and at a statistical significance of 0.05. The results can be used as a guideline for policy management and supporting plans on becoming an agricultural entrepreneur. the management and plan imposed by government sectors, operators, and other related sectors with an aim to upgrade potentiality and reliability of the new generation of the aforesaid entrepreneurs.
