Development of products and packaging of Man-made woven fabric/ garment community enterprise Grandma Kuan (Ban Mabmor)

This research aimed to study production processes and best practice of successful woven fabric/ garment community enterprise as well as to develop products and packaging of man-made woven fabric enterprise community, Grandma Kuan (Ban Mabmor), Mueang District, Chon Buri province. The researcher utilized qualitative research, literature reviews, and focus group participated by 15 members from community enterprise. Afterwards, information was taken to be synthesized in order to come up with the guidelines for developing man-made woven fabric community enterprise, Grandma Kuan (Bann Mabmor).
According to the findings, it was found that developing man-made woven fabric community enterprise, Grandma Kuan (Bann Mabmor) composed of 5 aspects: 1. Supporting and developing standards of administrative management and products or services 2. Collecting data to analyze and develop products to be consistent as well as to meet demands of a certain group of target customers 3. Develop the practitioners by training and improving skills and expertise 4. Conduct a field study of successful agencies or communities and 5. Improve and develop products by using innovation and conservation of natural resources.
