Abstract

This research aimed to (1) to study personal factors.Work motivation factors,Commitmentfactors and Work efficiency factors of employees in a beverage company (2) to develop a causal factor influencing the work efficiency of employees in a beverage company (3) to study the direct and indirect influences of the factors that influence the work efficiency of employees in a beverage company. This study is a Survey research. The sample used in this research was 341 employees working in a beverage company by using questionnaires as a tool to collect data. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis, confirmation element analysis and analysis of structural equation models.

The research results were as follows (1) Work motivation factors, Organization commitmentfactors and work efficiency factors are more level (2) The model developed was consistent with empirical data. The index for the harmonization of the pattern with the chi-square statistic (𝜒āŽķ) = 132.486, at the degrees of freedom (df) = 101, 𝜒āŽķ/𝑑𝑓 = 1.312, Goodness of fit index (GFI) = 0.961, Adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI) = 0.927, Root mean square error approximation (RMSEA) = 0.03, Root mean square residual (RMR) = 0.012 (3) The model consisted of variables that directly influences work efficiency such as commitment factors and variables that indirectly influence work efficiency, namely work motivation factorswhich affects work efficiency through commitmentfactors.
