Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to 1) Study for the level of happiness in learning, 2) Compare the different happiness levels in learning, 3) Study for the factor that affect happiness in learning of the Faculty of Management Science, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University students and 4) Study for sorrow management of the first-year students from the Faculty of Management Science, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University. The sample of the study consisted of 251 first-year students by Multistage Random Sampling. The statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and The Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.

          The results revealed that the overall level of happiness in learning of the first-year students from the Faculty of Management Science, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University was high. Respective from the average of high to a low level such as friends, teachers, learning activities, and the environment in university. In comparing the difference in happiness levels of students learning classified by sex, there was just the classmate which effects to the difference of happiness in learning with statistically significant at the 0.05 level. There was no difference in teachers, learning activities, and environment in the university. And from classified fields and income, the overall result showed there was no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. The factors which affect the happiness in learning such as Instruction Media (β =.307, t=5.501) Learning Environments (b=.240, t=4.277) Appreciated in Learning (β =.222, t=4.942) Amusing and Interesting Lesson (β =.157, t=2.512) and Self Esteem (β =.100, t=2.687) by the percentage of efficiency predicted at 89.9%.
