The business supporting information center under the context of EEC

Abstract

            The objective of this research was to make the business supporting information center EEC and supply chain of each industry which is the benefit, and it can be developed to the target industry of the country. This research   collected the data from those countries where were in the target industry in ECC as in the context of 11 institutes under the Ministry of Industry. The qualitative research by using the in-depth interview was use in this research, and analyzed by the content analysis with empirical data by the supply chain system.

            The result found that Thailand Productivity Institute give the consulting service, training and   seminar, doing the research for increasing the productivity of setting the promoting activity for increasing the productivity.  Thai – German institute is the organization for giving the technical training, such as the machinery and the automatic  system in the aspect of block and machinery.  National food institute is the organization for giving consulting service in the quality system that has been accepted in the international level, such as GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000:2005, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 14001, and the preliminary assessment.  Thailand textile institute is the organization for giving the textile industry for the entrepreneur. Foundation of industrial development management system certification institute is the organization for giving the training service, the system development, management system by training both theory and practice, such as ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/IEC 17024, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065.  Thailand automotive institute is the organization for making the system and collect the data that relates to the automotive industry and the auto parts both national and international. Electrical and Electronics Institute is the organization for giving the testing service, factory quality examining for electrical and electronic product.  Institute for small and Medium Enterprises Development (ISMED) is the organization for giving the seminar training service, and job observation for developing the tourism and spa entrepreneur. Iron and steel institute of Thailand is the organization for giving the supporting service in the iron and steel industry, the product standard, metallurgy data, production process and processing. Plastics Institute of Thailand is the organization for developing the plastic in Thailand industry. It covers both the private section and the educational section. Industrial estate authority of Thailand is the organization for advising the training, and it is as the center for developing the research, managing and publishing the knowledge and construction industry technology for increasing the industry potential of Thai construction.  From the analyzing, the information center at Graduate school of commerce should use the blogger model by applying and making the business supporting information center under the context of EEC.
