Abstract

          This research aims to improve the quality inspection process. By using a simulation program (Tecnomatix Plant simulation) to help in the analysis. starting from modeling Inputting the values from the real process into the model and validating the model and the results of the real process Simulation after using the Experiment Manager, with the modeling elements mimicking the validation process. quality It was found that 12 employees worked 70 lots under 9 hours 42 minutes, resulting in a balance in the work process. It was able to increase work efficiency from 52.7 percent to 84.7 percent, reducing the number of employees by 6 people per shift.
