Abstract

          This research aimed to study academic administration and guidelines for academic administration of phrapariyattidhamma schools on general education department under Kanchanaburi provincial office of Buddhism. Population was 43 subjects comprising the administrators and the teachers in phrapariyattidhamma schools on general education department under Kanchanaburi provincial office of Buddhism, all 3 were 9 monks, 34 are lay people. The instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with content accuracy 1.00, 30 items and reliability of 0.98, qualified interview form, to collect data which were analyzed in term of percentage, mean standard deviation.

          The results of the study were as follows: 1) The academic administration of phrapariyattidhamma schools on general education department under Kanchanaburi provincial office of Buddhism, in overall and in all aspects there is a high level of practice. Ordered by mean is learning management, course management, the management of learning media and in terms of measuring and evaluating learning outcomes. 2) Guidelines for academic administration of phrapariyattidhamma schools on general education department under Kanchanaburi provincial office of Buddhism are as follows: Schools should establish Policy for teachers to develop curriculum. consistent with the core curriculum and the local learning framework Arrangement of content and learner development activities in accordance with learners' interests and the context of educational institutions and local. Schools should monitor Educational supervision to enable teachers to formulate a learning management plan that is consistent with the educational curriculum with an emphasis on learners. Encourage teachers to organize learning by integrating various knowledge areas. Schools should formulate policies to develop learning resources in schools. Encourage teachers to use learning resources outside the school in organizing the learning process. by covering local wisdom There should be a committee to monitor and monitor the use of media and technology for education on a regular basis. And Schools should establish school assessment and evaluation guidelines that are consistent with the Core Curriculum Evaluation Guidelines. Develop measuring and evaluation tools with an emphasis on measuring the diverse nature of the subject. and evaluated according to actual conditions.
