Guidelines for personnel management of Phrapariyattidhamma schools on general education department under Kanchanaburi provincial office of buddhism

This research aimed to study personnel management and guidelines for personnel management of phrapariyattidhamma schools on general education department under Kanchanaburi provincial office of Buddhism. Population was 43 subjects comprising the administrators and the teachers in phrapariyattidhamma schools on general education department under Kanchanaburi provincial office of Buddhism, all 3 were 9 monks, 34 are lay people. The instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with content accuracy 1.00, 35 items and reliability of 0.97, qualified interview form, to collect data which were analyzed in term of percentage, mean standard deviation.
The results of the study were as follows: 1) The personnel management of phrapariyattidhamma schools on general education department under Kanchanaburi provincial office of Buddhism, in overall and in all aspects there is a high level of practice. Ordered by mean is nomination and appointment, measurement and evaluation, using the evaluation results to develop and improve personnel, power planning and positioning, discipline and discipline, personnel management planning and terms of creating gifts and encouragement. 2) Guidelines for personnel management of phrapariyattidhamma schools on general education department under Kanchanaburi provincial office of Buddhism are as follows: Administrators should have a plan to improve personnel efficiency. Management should plan to determine the manpower rate and determine the position of personnel suitable for the job. Executives should act as a role model in terms of discipline and discipline. Executives should act as a role model for recruitment planning for the benefit of the organization and discipline and discipline to colleagues. Build morale by providing welfare for teachers and staff Provide assistance to the co-workers in the work as appropriate and should involve individuals in the performance appraisal, Personnel should be involved in the performance appraisal and the results of the assessment can be used to develop and improve the performance of personnel.
