Guidelines for creating public consciousness from the decision making of cloth bag used by Chiang Mai Rajabhat university students

The Objectives of this Research on Guidelines for Creating Public Consciousness from the Decision Making of Cloth Bag Used by Chiang Mai Rajabhat University Students were to 1) to study the behavior of public consciousness among students of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University 2) to study the factors influencing the behavior of public consciousness among students of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University and 3) to study the relationship between the decision to use cloth bags and the public consciousness of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University students. The sample group of 400 students selected by simple random sampling technique were studying at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The instrument used for data collecting were questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, the analysis of variance and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The research found that the level of samples’ behavior in public consciousness overall were at a high level. The internal factor of moral reasoning and the external factor of family support were investigated having influences upon the public consciousness behavior at a high level. Moreover, different genders, majors and class levels did not have an effect in public consciousness behavior overall significantly at statistic level of 0.05. Finally, the internal factors of moral reasoning and motivation and the external factors of family support, university support, community support and peer support were positive relationship with the students’ public consciousness behavior at the 0.01 level of significance.
