Abstract

The goal of this study was to compare the effects of quality-of-life management on employees who had to alternate between working from home and working at the airport before and after the commencement of COVID-19. A total of 175 participants were included in the study. The investigation was conducted in a quantitative manner.

The findings revealed that before the COVID-19 epidemic, Hat Yai Airport personnel were more satisfied with 4 items than they were with 1 item, and there were no variations in their satisfaction with 3 items. This research will help CEOs modify themselves and their varied functions in the event of another catastrophe. Employees also benefit from knowing what will happen at work and being able to anticipate changes.
