Abstract

          The objective of this research was to study the entrepreneurial characteristics of Thai traditional medicine towards the performance. The sample group used in this research, namely 312 Thai traditional medicine practitioners, by stratified sampling. It was survey research and questionnaire were used as a tool to collect data. for data analysis Using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. and inferential statistics were used to test the hypothesis using stepwise multiple regression analysis.

          The results showed that the Characteristics of Thai traditional medicine practitioners in 5 areas: innovation proactive Management independence risk tolerance and the ability to compete, found that there are 2 aspects: proactive work. The coefficient was .640 (p < .000) and the risk tolerance aspect.
