Abstract

          The objective of this research was to study the entrepreneurial characteristics of Thai traditional medicine towards the performance. The sample group used in this research, namely 312 Thai traditional medicine practitioners, by stratified sampling. It was survey research and questionnaire were used as a tool to collect data. for data analysis Using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. and inferential statistics were used to test the hypothesis using stepwise multiple regression analysis.

          The results showed that the Characteristics of Thai traditional medicine practitioners in 5 areas: innovation proactive Management independence risk tolerance and the ability to compete, found that there are 2 aspects: proactive work. The coefficient was .640 (p < .000) and the risk tolerance aspect. It has a coefficient of .276 (p < .000) that positively affects performance. proactive work Thai traditional medicine practitioners must seek business opportunities Make a change for the business Forecasting customer needs See intense competition in the business and be a leader in business and risk acceptance Must be able to make firm decisions under uncertain circumstances. is the decision maker to invest in the business Choose to invest in new markets Able to borrow large amounts of money for business and can accept the risk.
