The causal factors influencing the success of business of billet manufacturing industry with induction furnace in Thailand

The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the level of factors affecting the business success of the billet manufacturing industry with induction furnace in Thailand; (2) to examine the conformity of the structural equation model with the empirical data of the factors and (3) to study the influence of factors influencing the business success of the induction furnace industry. in Thailand.
This research was a quantitative research using a simple random sampling method. by determining the sample size according to the criteria of Hair and the team, which the sample group is There were 395 executives at all levels in the billet manufacturing industry with induction furnaces in Thailand. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used in this research were percentage, mean, deviation. standard and structural equation model analysis by Amos program.
Major Findings: (1) The causal factor elements affecting business success are at a high level. (2) The conformity of the structural equation model was checked by the statistical package program. It was found that all indicators passed the standard criteria. It was concluded that the analysis results obtained from this research were consistent with the empirical data. which has the model conformanceindex c2/df = 1.107, GFI=0.953, CFI = 0.992, AGFI = 0.940, SRMR = 0.026, RMSEA = 0.016 and HOELTER = 417.000 (3) found that overall quality management factors dynamic capability factor Differentiation Strategy Factors Strategic Cost Management Factors and factors for accepting innovation and technology have a positive direct influence on business success The total influence values were 0.412, 0.435, 0.355,0.377 and 0.349 respectively with statistical significance.
