The development of public service innovation health care for elderly in eastern Thai local administration

Abstract

           This research is qualitative research aimed to analyze and validate the guidelines for development of public service innovation health care for elderly in eastern Thai local administration. The sample groups used in the research divided into 2 groups. First, the executive group in provision of health care service for elderly. Second, the group of officer or performer in health care service. The process of data collected using both of the sample groups for 30 people in-depth interview and 13 people in focus group method. The development of public service innovation health care for elderly in eastern Thai local administration found out 5 topics. 1. The development of innovation for elderly. 2. The development of elderly’ policy. 3. The quality-of-life development. 4. The elderly’ health care Investigation and referral system. 5. The integration of proactive service. The results can analysis the development of public service innovation health care for elderly in eastern Thai local administration on 1. Process innovation guideline for develop the University of senior citizens. 2. Service innovation guideline for developing guideline for a village public health center.3. Product Innovationguideline for develop an operation referral system. This guideline can use to solve an operation problems based on a real fact and context to developa public service innovation health care more efficient.
