The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between perceptions, impacts, benefits, and the environment influencing the performance of tourism businesses in the Old City Tourism Development Area. The sample was 100 people in Nan, Phayao, Phrae, and Uttaradit areas in each province, a total of 400 people. Data were collected by using a questionnaire, data analysis using SPSS for windows program, and in-depth interviews with 10 entrepreneurs per province, totaling 40 people.
The results showed that the perception of the policy of the old town tourism development area was at a low average level. The opinions on impacts and benefits in the Old Town Living Tourism Development Area were averaged at a moderate level. hypothesis test results It was found that the people in the Old City Development Area had different perceptions of the policy at the significance level of 0.05.
