The cooperation of communities public and private for prepare youths to enter into a career in the aviation business in the area of a new airport construction, Nakhonpathom, Province

Abstract

          This research aims to:  1) to study the context, situation, problems, suitability and balance between aviation business operators and human resources in the area of the new airport construction of Nakhon - Pathom; 2) to develop a youth preparation plan to prepare for aviation business careers by coordinating the cooperation of the community, the public and private sectors; 3) studying the results of applying the youth preparation plan to prepare them for the aviation business by cooperating with the community, public and private sectors; and 4) reflecting the results of the process and development. A plan to prepare youths to prepare for a career in aviation by coordinating the cooperation of the community, the public and private sectors by 3 stakeholders (15 participants, i.e.; 5 government agencies, 5 private sector agencies, and 5 people in the community) studied the spatial context. Develop a plan to prepare young people to enter the aviation business career to be used with youths to study the results of activities to reflect the results of processes and developments Store data by recording still images, animation, note-taking, and other methods, and collect data using content analysis techniques and present descriptive information.

          Found that: 1) the spatial context of Bang Len District and Nakhon Chai Si District Nakhon Pathom Province Most of the area is agricultural area. In the area, a small industrial factory was built. It's not far from Bangkok and the people in the community are affected because there will be an expropriation of arable land for some people in the area, some population a backup plan has been prepared some have not yet prepared a plan. Perm Wittaya school and Banglen Wittaya school are ready to develop a plan to prepare young people to enter the aviation business because the school focuses on students as youth towards careers and higher education;  2) an activity plan that provides youth with knowledge and understanding including a) The importance of aviation business to national development, b) Preparing to enter the aviation business career  c) Personnel and Responsibilities in the Aviation Business d) Communication in aviation business Aviation business and tourism e) In-flight food and beverage service f) Providing accommodation for the airline business and g) important morals and ethics of aviation business operators; 3) the most of the people in the community engaged in agriculture, needing to travel to deliver produce for sale in the central market, at risk of the spread of COVID-19, causing the government to have measures to control the disease. that affect the way of life, society, economy and affect the development of the country This causes problems in the teaching activities within the school, resulting in a need to adjust the plan to prepare the youth for entering the aviation business. and organized in a timely manner, and; 4) the stakeholders reflected that it was a good research process, requiring researchers to stay in the area to continue doing it.
