Abstract

          The objectives of this research article are 1) to compare the guidelines for the implementation of the National Strategy 2018-2037 of local government officials in the Eastern Special Development Zone (EEC) 2) to find guidelines for the implementation of the National Strategy 2018-2037 of local government officials in the area. Eastern Special Development Zone It uses a combination of research methods between quantitative research. The sample group includes 375 local government officials in the Eastern Special Development Zone used a questionnaire to collect data. The statistical data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Statistics for t-test, F-test and qualitative research. Key informants included 12 executives in local government organizations in the Eastern Special Development Zone. In-depth interviews were used to collect data for content analysis.

          The results of the research found that 1) civil servants with different gender age and education level There were different guidelines for implementing the National Strategy 2018-2037 with statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level. 2) Guidelines for implementing the National Strategy 2018-2037 of local government officials in the Eastern Special Economic Development Zones. must cooperate and integrate in promoting the development of the implementation of the national strategy And should encourage people and communities to acquire knowledge and skills on security policies at the local level so that the community is aware of and recognizes the importance of such policies. and taking action together before expanding into national policies as well as adjusting the attitude of local government officials to be ready to continue carrying out activities for the stability of the locality
