Factors affect effieiency for performance of employees in Amphawa subdistrict municipality

The objective of this research are: (1.) to study demography human resource management motivation and efficiency of employees in amphawa subdistrict municipality. (2.) To compare between efficiency for performance of employees in amphawa subdistrict municipality and demography. (3.) to study human resource management and motivation that affect efficiency for performance of employees in amphawa subdistrict municipality. The cross section of this research is population of 139 people from employees in amphawa subdistrict municipality. This research collects data by questionnaire and uses the statistics, which have the frequency, the percentage, the average, the standard deviation, T-Test, One-Way ANOVA and the multiple regression analysis.
The results found that (1.) Population have an opinion about human resource management the overall in high level (x = 4.07, S.D. = 0.521), about motivation the overall in high level (x = 4.01, S.D. = 0.473) and efficiency for performance the overall in high level (x = 4.19,S.D. = 0.481). (2.) The results of hypothesis testing shows that Different sex age income and education hadn't different to efficiency (3.) Performance and Human resource management as evaluation and motivation as achievement, recognition, company policy, work environment, stable affect to efficiency for performance.
