Model of management success of medical business entrepreneurs in Thailand

Abstract

           The objectives of this research were: (1) To study factors influencing the success of medical entrepreneurs in Thailand (2) To analyze the causal influence of factors affecting the success of medical business in Thailand (3) To develop model for managing the success of medical business operators in Thailand.  This research was mixed research by qualitative research using stratified random sampling from a population of 925 individuals. The sample size was determined according to the criteria of Hair et al. The sample group consisted of 289 entrepreneurs, executives and employees, and a qualitative research using a random sampling of 12 people, including entrepreneurs and experts. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used in this research were percentage, mean, standard deviation and structural equation model analysis by Lisrel program.

          Major Findings: (1) Factors influencing the success of medical business operators in Thailand. Such management, Organization and learning, innovation capability and competitive advantage (2) Management, Organization and learning, innovation capability and competitive advantage in direct and indirect influence on the success of medical business in Thailand. The index measures the level of consistency of the model χ2/df = 1.095, p value = 0.304, CFI = 1.00, RMR = 0.041, GFI = 0.97, AGFI = 0.92, RMSEA =0.021 and (3) Management model for success of medical business Depending the management relationship development of organization with innovation capabilities. The competitive advantage and success of organization.
