Abstract

          The purpose of this research is to study the adoption of the MWA onMobile application system of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority. The sample group used in this research is 400 persons. The questionnaires are used as a tool for data collection. The researcher using data analysis consists of Frequency Distribution, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, T-Test and One-way ANOVA.

          The study found that: Most of the respondents are female, with 31 - 40 years of age. They completed bachelors’ degrees, occupation a company employee, earned average monthly incomes between 15,001-25,000 baht, and had marital status. The overall adoption of the MWA onMobile application system of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority has an average, which is considered the highest level. When considering the level of adoption of the MWA onMobile application system of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority in each aspect, it is found that the intention to use was the highest, the value recognition received from the service was the highest, the reliability of the system was the highest, and the ease of use was the highest, respectively. The results of this research benefit the organization, which will use the research results to improve services to meet the needs of users and make the MWA onMobile system the most useful in the operations of the department.
