A development of the learning management model using a combination of constructivism learning innovation and professional learning community (PLC) Process in order to promote competencies of learners in Tessaban 5 School (Kradadthaianukror)

The research objectives were as follows. To study the basic information and the necessity for developing the learning management. To promote competencies of the learners. To develop and to trial the model. To estimate and to after action review the lesson learned using a Combination of Constructivism Learning Innovation and Professional Learning Community (PLC) Process in order to Promote Competencies of Learners in Tessaban 5 School (Kradadthaianukror). The sample group consisted of 32 teachers and 165 students. The target group for making lesson learned and learning reflection consisted of the 23 people who were teachers, members of Basic Education Commission (OBEC), guardians and students. The research tools were questionnaires, test sheets and estimate forms. The information used for analysis was from percent value, average value, standard deviation, T-Test value and the content analysis.
The results of the study revealed that:
- According to the study of the basic information and the necessity for developing the learning management, teachers should be supported to create learning innovation that focuses on self- learning management via project learning, active learning, group process learning and improvement of creation. Teachers should be supported to present their own knowledge so they could create new knowledge.
- A development of the learning management model using a combination of constructivism learning innovation and professional learning community (PLC) process in order to promote competencies of learners in Tessaban 5 School (Kradadthaianukror) consisted of 1) Planning 2) Performance 3) Study Skills 4) Construction 5) Evalution and Learning Reflection.
- The results of the trial of the learning management model were as follows. The average between the pre and the post tests were 8.847 and 15.28. The comparison between the pre and the post tests showed that they were different from each other with statistical significance of 0.01.
- The estimation and the lesson learned showed as follows as According to the skills of professional learning community (PLC), the teachers’s skills of PLC were of high level, According to constructivism learning management, the teachers’skills of constructivism learning management was of high level, The teachers knowledge and understanding of how to apply the learning management model using a combination of constructivism learning innovation and professional learning community (PLC) process in order to promote competencies of learners was of high level,
- The results of after action review that UDBP Model was a combination of people, harmony, energy, work and learning based on learning management mainly focused on success of learners. The learners could create their own knowledge by searching knowledge by themselves. They could apply their knowledge into practice. Learning competencies of learners were promoted and learning achievement was of high level. Moreover, the learners gained more problem solving skills in a daily learning process and continued their learning for their future problems.
