Abstract

          The purpose of this paper is to study the factors of Z-generation multinational companies' employment choice in today's era. Because Z-generation plays an increasingly important role in the labor market, this paper will guide entrepreneurs in the public and private sectors to make full use of the advantages of human resource management and provide a good learning opportunity, which will not only stimulate and improve the satisfaction of future employees before this generation plays an important role in another organization. The research on the factors of employment choice of Z-generation multinational companies is a sampling study on the opinions of employment choice of Z-generation multinational companies. This study is a quantitative and qualitative study (mixed method research). Ph.D. 1995-2009 or 18-28 years old undergraduate students live in Bangkok and its surrounding areas.

          The results show that the most popular job selection factors of Z-generation multinational companies include salary, welfare and welfare, job nature, responsible position, work/travel location, working environment, promotion and growth opportunities, organizational stability, professional position, employment reputation, work socialization, performance ability opportunities, development and learning opportunities, policies, corporate vision, position/position, corporate culture, corporate reputation or acquaintances. In addition, Generation Z is most interested in food and beverage business, followed by beauty, investment, real estate and online bar business.

          Therefore, the organization must design the structure of salary and benefits to be within appropriate criteria. Able to compete with other labor markets Clear job description Can actually do it The work environment and social environment completely affect job performance. Therefore, changing the organizational culture model to be in line with current expectations. This will enable the organization to be the Employer of Choice for the new generation like Generation Z that is starting to enter the labor market.
