Abstract

          The objective of this research was to study the factors in deciding to use a freight forwarding company of online sellers. The sample was 400 online sellers in nakhon nayok province. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation, hypothesis test using F test, ANOVA one-way variance analysis, and LSD (Fisher's least-significant difference) comparison. The results of the research found that 1) the decision to use the service of a freight forwarding company of online sellers; In nakhon nayok province, according to the 5A marketing plan, there is a high level of opinion on the overall decision. 2) The hypothesis test results showed that gender has no difference in deciding to use a transport company. Age, education, income And experience in selling products differed statistically significantly when deciding to use a shipping company at the .01 level.
