Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to develop standaed development for high performance dual vocational education to develop vocational edcuation in industrial technician program, The Office of the Vocational Education Commission. This research is a mixed methods research. The samples for quantitative research who were obtained by Multi-Stage Sampling consisted of 373 persons namely 36 school administrators, 276 teachers, 11 leaders of dual vocational education and 50 workplace representatives. The Key informants for qualitative research who were obtained by Purposive Sampling consisted of the experts in the development of high performqance dual vocational education in industrial technician program. Data collection was done by note form, a questionnaire, an interview and focus group discussion. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. There were 3 main components of the standard of high performance dual vocational education to develop vocational education in industrial technician program, The Office of the Vocational Education Commission as follows: The input which consisted of 1) policy and policy and goals of ducl vocational education. 2) Workplace network and related person. 3) Informational technology and communication. 4) Budget and producation resources. The process consisted of 4 steps of high performance dual vocational management as follows: 1) Planning 2) Coordination 3) Action and 4) Evaluation. The output consisted of graduated students qualification and the increasing of students and workplaces. 2. The evaluation for the implementation was found that there were increasing of 21.60 percent of organization and workplaces for supporting dual vocational students. The amount of dual vocational education in industrial technician program was increasing at the 44.32 percent. 98.53 percent of graduated students could work in the workplaces.
