Abstract

This research objectives are 1) To study the components of a physical education learning management model. 2) To develop a learning management model. 3) To confirm the learning management. 4) To study the satisfaction of the sample group. The research method called Research and Development (R & D). The sample group is Freshman of Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus 60 people obtained by purposive random sampling. The research instruments include the learning management plan for the physical education subject. (Weight Training for Health) problem solving skills test, Academic achievement test, satisfaction questionnaire and group discussion. Data were analyzed using mean (x̅) standard deviation (S.D.), differences between groups (T-test Independent), differences within groups (T-test Dependent), and content analysis (Content Analysis). The result 1. The learning management model consists of 5 elements. 2. A physical education learning management model to enhance problem-solving skills for Kasetsart University students consists of 5 elements: 1) the objectives of the learning management model 2) Theory and Principles of the learning management model 3) Work systems and mechanisms of the learning management model 4) Methods of operation of the learning management model 5) Guidelines for evaluating the learning management model. 3. The results of the experiment using the learning management model are as follows: The experimental group had problem-solving skills and academic achievement increased from before learning at a statistical significance of 0.05 and the learning management model were satisfied at the highest level. 4. Experts confirm a Physical education learning management model to enhance problem-solving skills for Kasetsart University students that it is correct, appropriate, and possible.
