Abstract

This study aims to study 1. To study the level of opinions of attitude values. GP Industrial Logistics Management System 4.0 and service quality and decision to use Food Delivery service and 2. To study the influences that affect the decision to use Food Delivery service by using questionnaires to collect data with people who have served the company. Food delivery in Bangkok, 300 people, data analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation. and test the hypotheses by analyzing structural equation models with Smart PLS 4.0. The results of the study found that Consumer expectations have a positive influence on service user satisfaction. Popular culture variables have a positive influence on service user satisfaction. Service variables have a positive effect on returning to use the Food delivery company again. The service user satisfaction variable has a positive influence on returning to use the Food delivery company again, significantly at the 0.01 level. As for service, there is no positive influence on returning to use the Food delivery company again. Significantly positive to the satisfaction of service users.
