The effect of conflict management on employees’ performance efficiency

The objectives of this study were to: 1) analyze the degree of conflict management and operational efficiency of employees 2) compare the performance of employees with different personal factors and 3) To test the influence of conflict management on employee performance. This study was quantitative research. Data were gathered by using questionnaires with 378 production line staffs from a electronics production company serving as samples. Statistics were applied to the analysis of the data. The results showed that 1) the production line employees have moderate conflict management and operational efficiency 2) employees in production lines with different levels of education and working hours have different overall efficiency 3) conflict management by means of accommodation, avoiding, compromising, and collaboration have a positive influence on the performance of employees with statistical significant.
