Factors affecting the sustainability of canteen entrepreneurs at Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus

This research aimed to 1) study the levels of decision-making, job satisfaction, motivation, and sustainability among canteen entrepreneurs at Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus, and 2) examine the influence of decision-making, job satisfaction, and motivation on the sustainability of canteen entrepreneurs at Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus. The study employed a quantitative research methodology using questionnaires as the data collection instrument. The population comprised all 38 canteen entrepreneurs at Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus. Data analysis was conducted using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that canteen entrepreneurs' opinions regarding decision-making, satisfaction, motivation, and business sustainability were at high levels. Hypothesis testing indicated that decision-making had a positive influence on the sustainability of canteen entrepreneurs at Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus. Additionally, job satisfaction showed a positive influence on entrepreneur sustainability, and motivation demonstrated a positive influence on entrepreneur sustainability, all at a statistical significance level of 0.05. The results of this study can be applied for both academic purposes and various aspects of management.
