This article is an academic work aimed at promoting and fostering human development across physical, emotional, social, and mental dimensions, as well as improving physical fitness, through the application of judo skills. Techniques such as falling, transitioning into throwing positions, and grappling are utilized to enhance specific motor learning skills. These techniques can also be applied for self-protection in daily life. As practitioners train and master these skills, their bodies and muscles become conditioned, which helps improve physical fitness, the nervous system, and coordination between the eyes and hands, as well as the eyes and feet, while also enhancing blood circulation. Furthermore, it strengthens muscles and improves body balance, contributing to better posture, personality traits, and age-appropriate growth. In addition, judo cultivates virtues such as politeness, respect for others, self-respect, and proper manners, fostering positive behavioral changes and mutual acceptance. These qualities help shape practitioners into responsible members of society. Thus, this article is significant in enhancing quality of life and aligning with national policies on health promotion and sustainable social development. By doing so, it establishes a solid foundation for youth, particularly in promoting life security and long-term societal well-being.
