demands for service provision in the MICE industry. It employs both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, utilizing concepts and theories related to management, personnel competencies, and specific competencies in the MICE industry. The study findings reveal that personnel exhibit shared organizational goals. They align with the vision and strategic plans of management and governmental strategies, adapting
these into specific organizational strategies. Moreover, they succeed in delivering work that meets set demands and objectives effectively. These results are attainable as personnel possess knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and plans. In terms of managing the allocation of personnel within the organization, a problem identified is the issue of excess workload, as the number of permanent staff is fewer than planned.
The labor market shows interest in MICE personnel with excellent knowledge and skills in English, particularly in speaking and writing. They are problem solvers capable of addressing issues promptly and effectively. They understand tasks comprehensively and plan projects
meticulously from start to finish. As managers, they can ensure that work successfully meets timeframes, locations, and various constraints. They also have legal knowledge to provide guidance related to customs procedures, immigration, and tax refund applications. Furthermore, they serve as public relations professionals who can attract participants according to set targets, while managing finances and expenditures efficiently to deliver value
to event participants. They act as coordinators in accessing special venues.
