Abstract

The study on technology acceptance and perceived risk influencing the decision to use loan services through the MyMo application of the Government Savings Bank among the working-age population in Bangkok has the following objectives 1) to study technology acceptance, perceived risk, and the decision to use loan services through the MyMo application of the Government Savings Bank among the working-age population in Bangkok. 2) to study of technology acceptance on the decision to use loan services through the MyMo application of the Government Savings Bank among the working-age population in Bangkok. 3) to study of perceived risk on the decision to use loan services through the MyMo application of the Government Savings Bank among the working-age population in Bangkok. This study is quantitative research using a questionnaire to collect data from 400 working-age individuals in Bangkok who applied for and used loan services through the application. The statistical tools used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that 1) Technology acceptance, perceived risk, and the decision to use loan services through the MyMo application of the Government Savings Bank the respondents generally agreed. 2) Technology acceptance in terms of Use significantly influences the decision to use loan services through the MyMo application of the Government Savings Bank at a .01 significance level. 3) Financial risk and social risk significantly influenced the decision to use loan services through the MyMo application of the Government Savings Bank at a .01 significance level.
