Abstract

          The objectives of Model of human resource management style that affects the performance of cleaning service business employees in Thailand; 1. study factors affecting the performance of cleaning service business staff in Thailand. 2. study the causal relationship between human resource management Employee Engagement and Performance of Cleaning Service Business Employees in Thailand,and 3. create a human resource management model that affects the performance of cleaning service business employees in Thailand.

          This research was mixed research by quantitative research using stratified random sampling from a population of 255,658 people. The sample size was determined according to the criteria of Hare et al. The sample group consisted of 500 entrepreneurs, executives and employees, and a qualitative research using a random sampling of 15 people, including entrepreneurs and experts. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used in this research were percentage, mean, standard deviation and structural equation model analysis by Lisrel program.

          Major Findings:Factors affecting the performance of cleaning service business staff in Thailand, such as Rewards and benefits, Work design, Training and Development, coaching, Employee engagement, Operational management and performance of employees.
