Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to: 1) study transportation performance 2) lifestyle 3) media exposure behavior that affects the decision to use the food delivery service on the ShopeeFood application. Quantitative research was used on 400 people of the Gen Me group in Chonburi province. The research tools used were online questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Use inferential statistics, including simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis.

           The results showed that transportation efficiency factors, lifestyle factors, and media exposure behavioral factors affect the decision to use the Food Delivery service on the ShopeeFood application of Gen Me customers in Chonburi at significant level of 0.05
