บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรชุมชนโดยองค์กรแบบพหุภาคี ชุมชนวังยาง อำเภอศรีประจันต์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ภาคีเครือข่ายมีดังนี้ ชุมชนท่องเที่ยวในอำเภอศรีประจันต์ ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน ภาควิชาการ และองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น การดำเนินการประกอบด้วย 1) การพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรโดยชุมชนแบบพหุภาคี 2) การพัฒนาโปรแกรมท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรโดยชุมชน 3) การสร้างกลไกขับเคลื่อนการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรแบบพหุภาคี 4) การพัฒนาระบบการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรโดยชุมชน 5) การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างชุมชน 6) การประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน 7) การถอดบทเรียนการทำงานร่วมกันหลังการปฏิบัติงาน และ 8) การถ่ายทอดความรู้สู่การนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ การดำเนินงานส่งผลให้ 1) มีการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตและความเป็นอยู่ของชุมชน 2) มีการบรรจุเข้าสู่แผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น พ.ศ. 2561 - 2565 เทศบาลตำบลวังยาง 3) มีการจัดงานเทศกาลอาหารจานแห้ว ครั้งที่ 1 และ 4) มีการบูรณาการแผนพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรชุมชนโดยองค์กรแบบพหุภาคี เกิดการเชื่อมโยงการท่องเที่ยวสู่ระดับจังหวัด และนำไปสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างยั่งยืนของพื้นที่ ทำให้ชุมชนมีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิมร้อยละ 32 เกิดกลไกภาคีเครือข่ายแบบพหุภาคีที่เข้มแข็งในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรของอำเภอศรีประจันต์ นำไปสู่การยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิต เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน และกระจายรายได้จากการท่องเที่ยวบนฐานทรัพยากรชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน
