บทคัดย่อ
วิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มส่งเสริมเกษตรอินทรีย์อำเภออู่ทอง จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เป็นชุมชนที่ประสบปัญหาเกษตรกรรมจากความแห้งแล้งและน้ำท่วมไหลหลาก และประสบปัญหาต้นทุนการผลิตข้าวและพื้นที่ทำการเกษตรจากราคาปุ๋ยและสารปราบศัตรูพืชที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้นก่อให้เกิดปัญหาหนี้สิน และส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ สร้างและพัฒนาทักษะฝีมือนวัตกรชุมชนให้มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเกษตรอินทรีย์ และสร้างกลไกส่งเสริมเกษตรอินทรีย์สู่เครือข่ายวิสาหกิจชุมชน จำนวน 13 ครัวเรือน ผ่านกระบวนการ 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การจัดกลุ่มอย่างยั่งยืน 2) การจัดการกระบวนการผลิตตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทาน 3) การเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมชุมชน 4) การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน และ 5) การตลาดและส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายชุมชน ภายใต้การสนับสนุนของภาคีเครือข่ายร่วมระหว่างองค์กรรัฐและเอกชน ร่วมผลักดันแก้ไขปัญหาด้านเกษตรกรรมเพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน ด้วยหลักการพัฒนาอาชีพเกษตรกรอย่างยั่งยืนและพึ่งตนเองได้ในมิติแผนการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน (3ES+M) โดยประยุกต์ใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี เครื่องทำขนมจีนเส้นแห้ง เครื่องดักแมลงด้วยพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ตู้อบแห้งพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์รุ่นหลังเต่า และชุดเร่งการย่อยสลายวัชพืชแบบเติมอากาศ เพื่อยกระดับการดำเนินงานวิสาหกิจชุมชน ส่งผลให้สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาการทำเกษตรอินทรีย์ ลดต้นทุนค่าปุ๋ยและสารปราบศัตรูพืชได้ร้อยละ 100 สร้างรายได้เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 60-80 และเกิดกลไกการดำเนินงานพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่แบบมีส่วนร่วม และมีผู้เข้าร่วมเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 18 ครัวเรือน และสร้างนวัตกรชุมชนจำนวน 15 คน ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญสามารถสร้างพัฒนาดูแลรักษานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีและเป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้แก่ประชาชนและผู้สนใจเพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืนภายใต้วิถีชีวิตปกติ
