This article is a research title “analysis of conflicts and disputes in construction projects using Q-methodology” which is related stakeholders such as project owner, contractor, inspector and consultant engineer. No one in the project wants to have problems or barriers to work while working together, because it will lead to conflicts and disputes. But in fact, the barriers will arise. It will be much or less severe, it depends on the situation and the condition of the workspace as well as the solution to the problems together and may result in a lawsuit. The main objective of this research is to investigate the problems or factors that affect the conflicts and disputes between the contractors and the project owners of the construction projects. Then analyze and group the factors. This will lead to the solution to the problem of construction dispute. The process of data analysis by a technique of Q-methodology is used for analysis, grouping variables in research. The results will lead to a strategy to reduce the problems of construction projects in Thailand including (1) finance (2) lack of knowledge and experience (3) inaccuracy, completeness of the documents (4) deficiency in work and (5) the work is not as specified quality.
