บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้ เน้นถึงอาหารริมทางในย่านเยาวราช กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์อาหารริมทาง ทัศนคติต่อจุดหมายปลายทาง การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง ที่มีต่อความตั้งใจกลับมาจุดหมายปลายทางซ้ำของนักท่องเที่ยว ในย่านเยาวราช โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติที่เดินทางมาเที่ยวในย่านเยาวราช จำนวน 235 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์ โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง  ผลการศึกษาพบว่า โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง มีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ดี แสดงถึง การรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์อาหารริมทาง มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อความตั้งใจกลับมาจุดหมายปลายทางซ้ำ ผ่านตัวแปรส่งผ่านการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิงโดยปัจจัยการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์อาหารริมทาง มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อ ทัศนคติต่อจุดหมายปลายทาง และการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง ขณะเดียวกัน ตัวแปรทัศนคติต่อจุดหมายปลายทาง และการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความตั้งใจกลับมาจุดหมายปลายทางซ้ำ
