หลักนิติธรรมในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักนิติธรรมและการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทย รวมถึงวิเคราะห์การนำหลักนิติธรรมมาใช้ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทย วิธีการวิจัยนี้ได้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลต่าง ๆ จากหนังสือ บทความวิจัย บทความทางวิชาการ รายงานการประชุม ข้อมูลทางสถิติ ข่าวประจำวัน และแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ
การวิจัยพบว่าหลักนิติธรรมมีความสัมพันธ์กับการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ โดยการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจจำต้องอาศัยกฎหมายเป็นเครื่องมือที่จะทำให้การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจสำเร็จลุล่วง หลักนิติธรรมช่วยทำให้กฎหมายมีการใช้บังคับอย่างถูกต้อง เป็นธรรม และมีประสิทธิภาพ ถึงแม้ว่าหลักนิติธรรมไม่สามารถส่งผลการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของประเทศได้โดยตรงหรือทั้งหมด แต่หลักนิติธรรมอาจนำมาใช้ในการสร้างโอกาสและความเท่าเทียมกันในทางเศรษฐกิจ แก้ไขหรือระงับข้อพิพาทในทางเศรษฐกิจอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยี และช่วยรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม ดังนั้น รัฐบาลจึงควรใช้หลักนิติธรรมในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ
