บทคัดย่อ

Problems Relating the Sources of Capital Fund of SMEs in Thailand

This research aims to investigate the problems relating the sources of capital fund of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Thailand. Field survey is conducted in order to collect the data from two groups of population, which include the SMEs' entrepreneurs and financial institutions officers.

The results found that Thai SMEs confront the problems of the sources of capital fund at the middle to high level regarding three important areas, which include the financial institutions, an entrepreneur and the government agency. These results lead to some suggestions for fixing the problems of sources of capital such as the government agency should develop the policy which promotes and supports SMEs financing, the government should also structure the specific and independent institutions that are responsible for SMEs supporting and finally, the agency should focus on creating the SMEs entrepreneurs attitude regarding the importance of saving and good governance in organizing the business.
