บทคัดย่อ

วงโปงลางระดับมัธยมศึกษาที่มีความสามารถในการแข่งขันจนชนะเลิศระดับประเทศนั้น จะมีวิธีการและองค์ประกอบ ของวงโปงลาง รวมทั้ง แนวทางการพัฒนาสู่ความสำเร็จ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ ประกอบของวงโปงลางระดับมัธยมศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาวงโปงลางระดับมัธยมศึกษาสู่ความสำเร็จ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสังเกต มีการเก็บข้อมูลด้านเอกสาร และข้อมูลภาคสนามโดยได้จากการ การสัมภาษณ์การ สังเกตจากกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 6 คน กลุ่มผู้ปฏิบัติจำนวน 12 คน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั่วไปจำนวน 8 คน โดยได้คัดเลือกวงโปงลาง ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ได้แก่ วงโปงลางแสนเมือง โรงเรียนหนองเรือวิทยา จังหวัดขอนแก่น วงดนตรีพื้นเมืองโปงลางโรงเรียน ผดุงนารี จังหวัดมหาสารคาม วงมูลมังฝั่งน้ำโขงจังหวัดหนองคาย วงดนตรีโปงลางโรงเรียนกาฬสินธุ์พิทยาสรรค์จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ วงโปงลางสวา่งแดนดินศิลป์อีสานจังหวัดสกลนคร วงโปงลางสตรีสิริเกศโรงเรยีน จงัหวัดศรีสะเกษ ระหว่าง ตุลาคม 2554 ถึง มีนาคม 2558 นำข้อมูลมาตรวจสอบความถูกต้องด้วยวิธีการแบบสามเส้า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามความมุ่งหมายที่ตั้งไว้ และนำเสนอผลการวิจัย ในเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยดังนี้ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของวงโปงลางระดับมัธยมศึกษา พบว่า องค์ประกอบของวงโปงลาง ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย บุคลากรทมี่สีว่นช่วยในการประกวดวงโปลางสู่ผลสำเร็จ เครื่องดนตรีต้องเป็นเครื่องดนตรที่มีคุณภาพ เสียงไม่เ่พี้ยน ชุดที่ใส่ประกอบ การแสดงวงโปงลางจะต้ออทำมาจากผ้าพื้นเมืองอีสาน และสื่อการสอนวงโปงลางเพื่อให้นักเรียนได้พัฒนาฝีมือของตนเองตลอดเวลา สำหรับแนวทางพัฒนาสู่ความสำเร็จของวงโปงลางจะต้องพัฒนาองค์ประกอบดังต่อไปนี้ 1) การพัฒนาการวางแผนเพื่อการบริหาร จัดการวงโปงลาง 2) การบริหารจัดการการฝึกซ้อมดนตรี นาฏศิลป์ การขับร้อง 3) ด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการแข่งขัน 4) ด้านการสร้างประสบการณ์ 5) ด้านการสืบทอดของวงโปงลาง 6) การพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของสมาชิกในวงโปงลาง แนวทางการพัฒนาวงโปงลางระดับมัธยมึกษาสู่ความสำเร็จ ผลการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา จากการสัมภาษณ์ พบว่าผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนทุกโรงเรียนต้องให้การสนับสนุนส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการเล่นดนตรีพื้นเมืองอีสาน ต้องให้ทุกฝ่ายมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดกิจกรรม ส่งเสริมการเล่นดนตรีพื้นเมืองอีสาน ควรให้มีการอบรม สัมมนา ประชุมร่วมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูผู้รับผิดชอบกิจกรรม ดนตรีพื้นเมืองอีสานและครูผู้ที่มีความสนใจทางด้านดนตรีพื้นเมืองอีสาน เพื่อให้ทราบแนวทางปฏิบัติร่วมกัน ควรมีการนิเทศและ ติดตามผลจากผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกระดับอย่างต่อเนื่อง คำสำคัญ : แนวทางการพัฒนาสู่ความสำเร็จ, วงโปงลาง, ระดับมัธยมศึกษา

Abstract
