งานวิจัยเรื่องการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยี
สารสนเทศมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการมีส่วนร่วม 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วม 3) เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมและ 4) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคามในปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 295 คนซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม มีสภาพการมีส่วนร่วมต่อการพัฒนาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ คือส่วนใหญ่มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบการเรียนการสอน/การปฏิบัติงาน ส่วนใหญ่ใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศประเภทหนังสือ และทราบว่าสามารถแนะนำสั่งซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศเข้าสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศได้ และส่วนใหญ่เคยแนะนำสั่งซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศฯ โดยมีวิธีการกรอกแบบฟอร์มการแนะนำสั่งซื้อหนังสือ รวมถึงมีโอกาสในการแนะนำสั่งซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศฯ จากการออกร้านหนังสือในงานสัปดาห์ห้องสมุด (Book Fair) ที่สำนักวิทยบริการฯจัดขึ้น และส่วนมากแนะนำสั่งซื้อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศประเภทหนังสือ/ตำรา รวมทั้ง
บุคลากรมีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมต่อกระบวนการพัฒนาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่มีระดับปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุดคือเมื่อแนะนำสั่งซื้อหนังสือไปแล้วไม่ทราบว่าหนังสือที่สั่งซื้อได้รับการคัดเลือกเข้าห้องสมุดหรือไม่เพราะไม่ได้รับการแจ้งข้อมูลจากสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ พบว่าบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม อยากให้เพิ่มการประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับการสั่งซื้อหนังสือเข้าห้องสมุดหลากหลายช่องทางมากขึ้น เพื่อจะได้รับทราบการจัดกิจกรรมอย่างทั่วถึง คำสำคัญ: ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ, การพัฒนาทรัพยากรห้องสมุด, การพัฒนาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ

Abstract

The current study aimed to 1) investigate current situation of participation, 2) level of participation, 3) level of participation difficulty, and 4) problems and recommendations in participation of personnel in information resource development of Office of Academic Resource and Information Technology, Rajabhat MahaSakham University. The samples were 295 personnel of RajabhatMahaSarakham University, 2016 academic year, selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire.
The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean score, and standard deviation. The results of the study found that personnel of RajabhatMahaSarakham University used service of Office of Academic and Information Technology had the main purpose was to use the service of information resource for teaching and working purposes. Majority of the used service was book service. Most personnel could recommend information services to the office. Moreover, the samples had experiences in recommending information service to the office thought the information service recommendation forms, and Book Fair held by the office. Most recommended books were textbooks. The result of the study also reported the level of participation in information technology resource development was found at the level of “high” and the participation level at the level of average with the uninformed information of the arrival of the books they recommended as the most found issue. In case of problems and recommendations, it was found that the personnel of RajabhatMahaSarakham University suggested the Office of Academic and Information Technology to have more public relation activities related to books recommendation to the office in order to inform personnel in the university about the activities thoroughly.
