The aimed of this research were1) to study the factors that influencing a Developing model for desired feature public consciousness of junior high school students on School of Educational Opportunity Expansion Under the office of Nongkhai Primary Educationl Service Area 2, 2) to design a developing model for desired feature public consciousness of junior high school students on School of Educational Opportunity Expansion Under the office of Nongkhai Primary
Educationl Service Area 2, 3) to implement and evaluate a developing model for desired feature public consciousness of junior high school students on School of Educational Opportunity Expansion Under the office of Nongkhai Primary Educationl Service Area 2. The research process was divided into 3 phases.The first Phase was quantitative research, the aimed was to study the factors that influencing for desired feature public consciousness of junior high school students
on School of Educational Opportunity Expansion Under the office of Nongkhai Primary Educationl Service Area 2. The samples used in the first phase research were 323 of junior high school students who were randomized by Proportional Stratified Random Sampling on School of Educational Opportunity Expansion Under the office of Nongkhai Primary Educationl Service Area 2, The tool used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by using the program for descriptive analysis to describe the general data. The statistics used were percentage, frequency and standard deviation to analyze the baseline data of the sample.. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis and analyze the linear structural relationships by using the LISREL for Windows. To analyze the confirmatory components and to check the consistency of theoretical hypotheses with empirical data by setting the statistical significance level at 0.5. The second phase was a qualitative research aimed to design a Developing model for desired feature public consciousness of junior high school students on School of Educational Opportunity Expansion Under the office of Nongkhai Primary Educationl Service Area 2. The researcher introduced the
research results from the first phase research to design a model for the development of the desired feature public consciousness. By organizing workshops, focus groups and brain storming were used by 25 Academic scholars and stakeholders. The third phase was experimental research aimed at experiment and evaluation for desired feature public consciousness of junior high school students on School of Educational Opportunity Expansion Under the office of Nongkhai Primary Educationl Service Area 2. The experimental group was 30 junior high school students, at Rujeejintakanon School under the office of Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area 2. The results of before and after using a developing model were compared with the experimental results.
Multivariate analysis was used to analyze the data by setting the significance at the 0.5 level. The results were as follows : According to the analysis of the relationship and the empirical data, the finding showed that 5 factors significantly affected the desired feature of public consciousness at the .05 level.
The factors were Social experience, Ethics, Emotional intelligence, Future oriented and their Efficacy. A Developing model for desired feature public consciousness of junior high school students on School of Educational Opportunity Expansion Under the office of Nongkhai Primary Educationl Service Area 2 consisted of 13 activities : 1) Mind you and my heart, 2) Love yourself, 3) Hero in me .. Facebook status,4) Master Outstanding Personality Search, 5) Flower language for parents, 6) Use smart technology from SmartPhone, 7) dream career, 8) Successful work , 9) Do good things in school, 10) Development volunteers took delight, 11) Adaptation, 12) Leaves invigorate, and 13) Best Children’s Si Yang Chum. The research finding indicated that the mean score of desired feature public consciousness of junior high school students in the educational opportunity school under the office of Nongkhai Primary Educationl Service Area 2 of the experimental groups after the model implementation towards the behavior desired feature public consciousness significantly improved
more than before the model implementation at the .05 level of statistical significance both Multivariate Test and Univariate Test. Keywords : A Developing model, desired feature public consciousness.
