Contemporary Leadership of Educational Administrators in the Educational Areas of Bangkok Saraburi Phetchaburi Prachinburi and Nakhon Nayok

This research consists purposes were to study Contemporary Leadership of Educational Administrators in the Educational Areas of Bangkok Saraburi Phetchaburi Prachinburi and Nakhon Nayok. This is a quantitative research The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The sample group consisted of 132 teachers, selected using purposive sampling, based on a sample size with a margin of error of 0.82. The data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research findings revealed that the Contemporary Leadership of Educational Administrators in the Educational Areas of Bangkok Saraburi Phetchaburi Prachinburi and Nakhon Nayok was characterized by the following 1) Academic activities for professional development were rated at the highest level, with an overall mean score of (x̅ = 4.61, S.D. = 0.55) 2) Instructional planning development was rated at a high level, with a mean score of (x̅ = 4.50, S.D. = 0.55) 3) Learning and teaching activities were rated at the highest level, with a mean score of (x̅ = 4.55, S.D. = 0.57) 4) Reporting on student quality development outcomes was rated at the highest level, with a mean score of (x̅ = 4.73, S.D. = 0.44) and 5) The overall performance of teachers in the research areas was also rated at the highest level, with a mean score of (x̅ = 4.59, S.D. = 0.52).
