The Factors Affecting Effective Organizational Culture Management: A Case Study of Hongfu Company in China

This research consists purposes were 1. to examine the factors that affect effective organizational culture management in enterprises producing environmentally friendly recycled plastic products and 2. to develop an organizational culture management model that is appropriate for environmentally friendly recycled plastics enterprises. A quantitative research approach was employed. The population consisted of 300 individuals, including managers, employees, distributors, and competitors of Hongfu Company, China. Using Yamane Taro’s sampling method, 200 respondents were selected, and 172 valid questionnaires were obtained. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire with an index of item-objective congruence (IOC) of 0.81. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 26.0. The results indicated that the nature of the business, management practices, clients and external stakeholders, social culture and values, performance metrics and rewards, industry competition and employee involvement and engagement significantly influenced effective organizational culture management. Furthermore the proposed organizational culture management model was able to explain 31.1% of the variance in effective organizational culture management. The findings provide both theoretical and practical insights for enterprises in the recycled plastics industry seeking to strengthen organizational culture and achieve sustainable development.
