การเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการของผู้บริหารในการประกันคุณภาพ ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ Enhancing Competency of Administraters for Proceeding the Quality Assurance of Basic Education in Northeast Region
Abstract
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการของผู้บริหารในการประกันคุณภาพของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการของผู้บริหารในการประกันคุณภาพของสถานศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาการใช้แนวทางการแสริมสร้างสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในการประกันคุณภาพของ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารมี 5 องค์ประกอบ แนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการของผู้บริหารมี 14 แนวทาง ผลการใช้แนวทางการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการของผู้บริหารในการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ผู้บริหารบริหารจัดการให้ครูทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนทุกขั้นตอน ได้ตรงตามมาตรฐานและตัวบ่งชี้ มีวิธีการมอบหมายงานได้เหมาะสมกับความรู้ ความสามารถ ความถนัด ความสนใจและประสบการณ์ของบุคลากร มีการนำผลการนิเทศมาใช้พัฒนาคุณภาพ สามารถยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงขึ้นได้อย่างชัดเจน มีการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานด้วยความซื่อตรง ตามเป้าหมาย มาตรฐานคุณภาพ และนำผลมาพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง พัฒนาทีมงานที่เข้มแข็งเป็นรูปธรรม ประกอบด้วยทีมนำ ทีมทำและทีมพัฒนา มีพัฒนาบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง บุคลากรทุกคนมีขวัญกำลังใจดี

Abstract
The objectives of this research are; 1) to study elements of administraters competencies, 2) to determine the guidelines to enhance administraters’ competencies
3) to study the guidelines implementation to enhance administraters competencies for proceeding the quality assurance of basic education school in northeastern region. The
findings of the research are as follows; There are 5 elements of competency of school administrator and 14 guidelines. The results; the administrators could be able to use
participatory and systematically management, satisfy their staff by putting the right man to the rig job, had created a better internal supervision and work continuously, could improve
the quality of education as well as enhance students’ achievement, had improved on amicable evaluation strategy, an assessment is a part of an administration which undertaken by a committee, develop the leader team, action team, and development team, are train for the better systematical quality assurance, encouraged their staff working a long quality.
