บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของสตรีในเขตเทศบาลตำบลนาดูน ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของสตรีในเขตเทศบาลตำบลนาดูน อำเภอนาดูน จังหวัดมหาสารคามและข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของสตรีในเขตเทศบาลตำบลนาดูน โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นประชากรหญิงที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีขึ้นไปที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลนาดูน จำนวน 348 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิและการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการจัดเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 แล้ววิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปสถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นตรงแบบกำหนดตัวแปรเข้าไปในสมการทั้งหมด โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของสตรีในเขตเทศบาลตำบลนาดูน อำเภอนาดูน จังหวัดมหาสารคาม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อยพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง จำนวน 1 ด้าน ระดับน้อย จำนวน 1 ด้าน และน้อยที่สุด จำนวน 4 ด้าน เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการเลือกตั้ง ด้านการติดต่อกับทางราชการ ด้านการเป็นผู้ที่มีบทบาทในชุมชน ด้านการเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่พรรคและเจ้าหน้าที่รณรงค์หาเสียงด้านการเป็นผู้ชุมนุมเรียกร้องและด้านการเป็นผู้สื่อข่าว 2. ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของสตรีในเขตเทศบาลตำบลนาดูน อำเภอนาดูน จังหวัดมหาสารคาม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 มีจำนวน 3 ตัวแปร คือ ปัจจัยการเข้าอบรมหรือสัมมนาปัจจัยความรู้/เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการเมืองการปกครองของไทยและปัจจัยการศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของสตรีในเขตเทศบาลตำบลนาดูน อำเภอนาดูน จังหวัดมหาสารคาม ควรให้โอกาสสตรีได้มีบทบาททางการเมืองที่เพิ่มขึ้น ควรสนับสนุนการมีส่วนร่วมของสตรีในการมีส่วนร่วมในการเป็นสมาชิกพรรคการเมืองหรือกลุ่มการเมืองและควรเปิดโอกาสให้สตรีมีโอกาสได้แสดงความคิดในด้านต่างในการบริหารงานเทศบาลควรบริหารงานโดยเปิดเผยข้อมูลการบริหารงานให้ชุมชนสตรีได้ทราบและเทศบาลความมีการสนับสนุนกลุ่มการดำเนินงานของสตรีให้มากขึ้น เทศบาลควรให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับบทบาทสตรีกับผู้มาติดต่อราชการและเทศบาลควรให้ความสำคัญกับบุคคลไม่ว่าเพศชาย-หญิงเท่าเทียมกัน ควรมีกิจกรรมให้ประชาชนได้แสดงความคิดเห็นในการบริหารงานเทศบาล เทศบาลควรจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสารให้มากว่าที่เป็นอยู่และควรให้ความรู้กับกลุ่มสตรีในชุมชนในการสื่อสารผ่านสื่อรูปแบบต่าง ๆ คำสำคัญ : การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองสตรี, ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพล

ABSTRACT

This research aims to study the level of political participation of women in the municipality Nadoon, study the factors influencing the political participation of women in the Municipality Nadoon, Mahasarakham Province., including the suggestions about the political participation of
women in the municipality Nadoon. The sample was 348 femals aged 18 years and living in the
municipality area; They’re seleted by Taro Yamane sampling sized and the simple random sampling. The instrument was the five rating scale questionnaire with reliability was 0.95. Statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Multiple correlation coefficient and Multiple Linear regression analysis. The research results were found as follows ; 1. The political participation of women in the Municipality Nadoon, Mahasarakham Province as overall was at moderate level, considering each aspect found it's at moderated for one, low for one, and lowest for 4. Sorting arithemetic mean from highest to lowest; The election the contract with government, the community role being the party officer and the vote demondiy, the protest and the reportor being respectively. 2. Factors influencing the political participation of women in the Municipality Nadoon, Mahasarakham Province by significant at the .05 level were the training / seminars, the knowledge / understanding of the Thai politics and the educational level. 3. The suggestions about the political participation of women in the Municipality Nadoon,
Mahasarakham Province was found that: to provide opportunities for women increased
political role. To encourage the participation of women in participating in the membership of
political parties or political groups should allow women the opportunity to express their thoughts on different aspects of management. Give the information to the community and the municipality was aware of the women's support groups of women, the more operations. Provide knowledge about the role of women to those government offices. There should be an event that
people can comment on the municipal administration. Prepare a media release of information
