บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยของเด็กปฐมวัย 2) เพื่อทดลองใช้รูปแบบการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยในเด็กปฐมวัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางการศึกษาปฐมวัย และเด็กปฐมวัยชั้นอนุบาล 2 จำนวน 29 คน โรงเรียนบ่อวิทย์บางระกำ สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 1 จังหวัด พิษณุโลก ที่ได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยของเด็กปฐมวัย และรูปแบบการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยของเด็กปฐมวัย ใช้แบบแผนการวิจัยแบบกึ่งการทดลองแบบวัดซ้ำ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำ (Repeated measures ANOVA)
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยของเด็กปฐมวัย ประกอบด้วย 7 หลักการ ได้แก่ หลักการเรียนรู้จากการสังเกตตัวแบบ หลักการปรับมโนทัศน์ หลักการปฏิสัมพันธ์เชิงบวก หลักการลงมือกระทำ หลักการประเมินค่า หลักการเสริมแรงทางบวก หลักการถ่ายโยงการเรียนรู้ และขั้นตอนของรูปแบบการจัดประสบการณ์ 6 ขั้น ได้แก่ ขั้นเรียนรู้จากตัวแบบ ขั้นวิเคราะห์ตัวแบบ ขั้นร่วมมือปฏิบัติการ ขั้นประเมินผล ขั้นเสริมแรงทางบวก ขั้นปรับประยุกต์ใช้ และการทดลองใช้รูปแบบฯ ผลการประเมินพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยของเด็กปฐมวัยก่อน ระหว่างและหลังการทดลองทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน มีคะแนนสูงขึ้นตามลำดับอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของรูปแบบการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยของเด็กปฐมวัยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
