Current and Desirable Conditions and Needs for Academic Management Development in Primary Schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Based on The Concept of Entrepreneurship Characteristic

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครตามแนวคิดคุณลักษณะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 209 โรงเรียน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนหรือรักษาการผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการหรือครูหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ ครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระ ตัวแทนนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 รวมทั้งสิ้น 836 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าความต้องการจำเป็น
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โดยภาพรวมสภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถม ศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครตามแนวคิดคุณลักษณะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาแยกรายด้าน พบว่า
1) สภาพปัจจุบัน การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ( = 4.165) และการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ( = 4.108) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ การจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ( = 4.716) และการวัดและประเมินผล มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ( = 4.700) และค่าความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุดคือ การจัดการเรียนการสอน (PNImodified = 0.145)
2) สภาพปัจจุบันของคุณลักษณะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ ด้านการมีคุณธรรมและความน่าเชื่อถือ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ( = 4.295) และมีความกล้าเสี่ยง มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ( = 3.777) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ด้านการมีคุณธรรมและความน่าเชื่อถือ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ( = 4.779) และมีความกล้าเสี่ยง มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ( = 4.510) และค่าความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุดคือ มีความกล้าเสี่ยง (PNImodified = 0.194)
